I didn’t leave teaching. I changed the classroom.

I enjoyed teaching, and I still do. For several years, I taught petroleum engineering, explaining concepts, guiding students through problems, and helping them build confidence in their thinking. Over time, however, a question kept returning: What happens to these ideas once they leave the classroom? How do they hold up in the real world, under real constraints and real consequences? That curiosity eventually led me from academia to industry.

Always one foot in the real industry world

Always one foot in the real industry world

Even while teaching, I was never fully disconnected from Oil & Gas industry. Teaching was just one part of my work. I was also involved in research, consulting, writing papers, and collaborating with professionals in the field. Those conversations mattered to me.

I’ve always believed there’s a gap between academia and industry, especially in India. That gap widens when educators lose touch with what’s happening on the ground. For me, staying connected wasn’t optional; it was essential. So, when the chance came to work more closely with the industry, it didn’t feel like a sudden shift—it felt like a natural continuation.

From teaching students to leading engineers

When I joined Quest Global, I stepped into a new role as a Lead Engineer, responsible for a team of around 25 engineers. Some were early in their careers, others more experienced, and all came with different strengths and culture.

Surprisingly, it felt familiar.

Earlier, I had taught classrooms of 60 students who relied on me for knowledge, confidence, and perspective. The setting changed, but the responsibility didn’t.

You begin noticing patterns quickly, where someone needs more confidence, where communication needs strengthening, where fundamentals need reinforcing. I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about pointing out mistakes. It’s about guiding people toward the right support and helping them grow.

I strongly believe that if someone is working for you, it’s your responsibility to take them forward. I practised “leading by example” all my life. People make mistakes. Students, young engineers, and even experienced professionals do. Leadership is about developing your team members, owning outcomes with clients, and inspiring people to do better the next time.

Theory vs practice: a false divide

One question I’m asked often is whether what we study really helps once we start working.

My answer is simple: if your fundamentals are strong, you can tackle almost any situation.

Theory vs practice: a false divide

Tools change. Software evolves. Processes get redefined. But core concepts like how systems behave, how to think through a problem, and how to interpret data don’t disappear. Nothing you learn is ever wasted. It may not show up immediately, but it will surface when you least expect it.

In engineering roles like mine, theory and practice aren’t opposites. They build on each other.

Researcher in an industry role

My academic background shaped how I approach problems. In the Oil & Gas industry, it’s common to look for a single, proven solution. Research trains you to look at the same problem in multiple ways, to explore different paths before deciding what works best. Not every approach succeeds, but often one saves time, effort, or cost.

Academia also exposes you to diverse perspectives. You engage with people from different disciplines and backgrounds, and that openness shapes how you approach challenges. Bringing that mindset into Oil & Gas problem-solving is an advantage.

Energy, change, and adaptability

I’ve been hearing that the energy sector is “at a crossroads” since I was a student. Every generation hears some version of that. What has truly changed isn’t the foundation but how we build on it.

AI, automation, and machine learning are reshaping the energy sector, just as they are reshaping many others. Roles are evolving, and engineers who adapt, keep learning and upgrading their skills will remain relevant. Change is the only constant. Adaptability is what matters.

Why Quest Global works for me

Quest Global gives me space to learn, upgrade skills, and think beyond immediate tasks. Structured training programs and a culture that encourages growth rather than confinement make a real difference, especially in an industry that demands both depth and flexibility.

Staying curious

Outside work, I read widely and watch football. Both help me disconnect and think better. Curiosity beyond your immediate role shapes how you solve problems within it. My career hasn’t followed a straight line. It moved from academia to industry, from teaching to leading, from theory to application. What stayed constant was curiosity and the willingness to keep learning. For anyone building a career in engineering today, that may matter more than the path you choose.

I grew up in Kottayam district, Kerala — a quiet village surrounded by nature. My early years and schooling were simple, and even in college at the ‘College of Engineering, Poonjar’, I often wished I had chosen a campus in town. Over time, though, I realized that being in that environment gave me the space to grow in ways I hadn’t expected.

During my third year, I came across the Quest Global Scholarship managed by IEEE. I applied without much expectation. I listed my academics, volunteering, and every small effort I had made, and sent in my application.

Aisha College Friends

When I was selected, it was one of the proudest moments of my life. Beyond easing the financial burden on my parents, it gave me the belief that my efforts mattered. For the first time, I felt truly independent.

The scholarship also came with a placement opportunity. Step by step — from assessments and interviews to onboarding training — I progressed until the day I received my offer letter. It felt like a dream realized.

Aisha Traininng Session

Beginning my career at Quest Global was very different from what I had imagined. I had expected corporate life to be daunting for a fresher, but instead I found support, mentorship, and even friendships that reminded me of the camaraderie I enjoyed in college. Volunteering at Quest Global Fest was another highlight — watching leaders perform on stage with humility reinforced my belief that true leadership means staying grounded.

What excites me most today are the opportunities to keep learning. From advanced technical programs to behavioral skills, the courses I once thought were out of reach are now accessible. Knowing that I can explore different industries and domains within Quest Global makes me even more optimistic about the future.

Aisha Collecting Award

Looking back, the scholarship and my journey here have given me more than financial support — they gave me confidence, independence, and a place to build the life I once only hoped for. My dream now is simple: just as this opportunity opened doors for me, I want to open doors for someone else.

That’s my reason to believe.

I’ve always been someone who loved building things, solving problems, and pushing boundaries: whether it was in my career or in sports.

Growing up, I played everything from badminton to football. I wasn’t always the most skilled, but I had the drive to try, to show up, and to give it everything. That spirit stayed with me, even when life threw challenges I hadn’t prepared for.

Deboshree Savanal Family

In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that demanded a lifelong commitment to medication and lifestyle changes. It was overwhelming. But I chose to keep going, one step at a time. I found strength in the support of my family, in staying active, and in not letting other people’s assumptions define me.

When I joined Quest Global, I found that same sense of support at work. Here, I could just be myself. No labels, no limitations – just a space where I was trusted to do good work and given the flexibility to take care of myself too. That balance meant everything.

Quest Global Team

In 2021, I walked into a gym for the first time in years. I wanted to feel strong again. What started as a way to rebuild my energy soon turned into something much bigger. My trainer saw potential in me and introduced me to powerlifting. I’d never imagined myself in that world, but I gave it a try – and I’ve never looked back.

Since then, I’ve competed in four tournaments, winning three golds and a silver at the Pune District Level Powerlifting Competition.

Quest Global Team

None of this happened overnight. It took time, discipline, and a deep hunger to push past limits. But more than anything, it took belief, my own, my family’s, and the kind I’ve felt from the people I work with every day. At Quest Global, that shared aspiration to grow, to keep moving forward, is what keeps me going.

It’s a place where I can pursue my passion and my profession. For me, that’s the reason to believe.

In our house, it wasn’t unusual to find resistors and capacitors tucked behind the sofa cushions. My dad, an engineer at Quest Global for nearly 20 years, always had a workbench full of wires, sensors, and tiny gadgets. I didn’t choose engineering as much as I was raised around it. It was always there, in the things we fixed, the gadgets we built, and the projects we tried (and sometimes failed) together.

My early Quest Global memories and internships that shaped me

I first walked into Quest Global as a child, long before I became an engineer. I remember anchoring at junior Questian events and tagging along with my dad to the office. And now I get to walk through the same gates, but this time, as a full-time engineer.

During college, I had the opportunity to intern here, twice. The first time, I came with friends during our summer break. The second time, I worked solo on an internal automotive project. That solo experience built my confidence. I had mentorship, hands-on learning, and space to figure things out on my own. It made my transition to full-time smoother; I already knew the people, the culture, and how things worked. From day one, I felt like I belonged.

Why I love engineering, especially embedded

At my home, engineering isn’t just a job, it’s basically a way of life. My dad and I try to build everyday things together even though it would be easy to just buy it. But that’s the fun of it, we love tinkering. We even have a shelf of things we tried to fix but didn’t quite manage.

I remember, during one of my internships, I worked on a Linux-based embedded project. It was tough, but I loved every second of it. That’s when I knew I wanted to go deeper into embedded systems. I chose Quest Global for that reason, because we get to work on real, cutting-edge embedded tech. Now, I’m part of a project team, doing my best to learn and contribute.

Home Project

Speaking Japanese, sharing cultures

I started learning Japanese from a senior at Quest Global, just out of curiosity. That led me to join a buddy program for visiting Japanese interns. It was only a three-day program, but I learned so much. We exchanged languages, explored Trivandrum together, and attended live demos of real Quest Global projects.

And when you visually see something that you know people put so much effort into, it’s truly inspiring. I remember thinking while watching these demo projects with them that I want to be a part of such good technologies. I’m also working on advancing my Japanese, I currently hold an N4 certification and aim to clear N3 next. Small goals, but they keep me moving forward.

Bringing my whole self to work

Beyond the technical experience, Quest Global gave me the space to keep doing the things I love. I’ve been involved in many cultural activities here, especially fashion shows. In fact, ever since I joined (even during my internships), I’ve been part of every one we’ve had. It’s something I enjoyed in college, and I was genuinely happy to carry that forward into my professional life. It made me feel like I could bring my whole self to work.

Dancing on the stage

Giving back what I’ve learned

In college, I was part of a robotics club, and we once ran a workshop at a school to show students what engineering can do. We shared our journey and simple DIY projects. One student said, “I didn’t know you could make things like this.” That moment stayed with me. I hope I can keep sharing that feeling with others.

If you’re at the beginning of your journey, here’s something that worked for me: follow what excites you. Whether it’s embedded, AI, or design, go deep. Explore. Watch videos, try small projects, see what sparks your interest. Once you find that, learning doesn’t feel like a chore.

I’m still figuring things out too, but that’s part of the fun. And if you find a place that gives you space to learn, experiment, and grow, hold on to it.

My name is Harper Kelley, and I am a trans-feminine non-binary person. My journey of coming out in 2019 within the engineering outsourcing industry, particularly while working for a customer in aero engines, was both transformative and enlightening. I remember the day vividly stepping onto the customer’s shop floor as my authentic self for the first time was nerve-wracking and exhilarating at the same time. To my relief and delight, I discovered that my colleagues and clients truly cared about was not my gender identity, but my skills, knowledge, and collaborative spirit.

One of the defining aspects of my experience at Quest Global is the company’s deep commitment to the values like humility and inclusivity. These values are not merely slogans displayed on corporate walls, they form the foundation of the workplace culture, creating an environment where diverse individuals can not only coexist but thrive. The unwavering support I received has empowered me to embark on personal and professional growth, inspiring me to pursue MBA in project management.

At Quest Global, the cultural pillar of “care for people” is not just a principle but a practice woven into the fabric of the organization. For example, during Pride Month, the company highlights stories like mine to foster understanding and promote acceptance. This plays a crucial role in inspiring others within the community to live authentically. This commitment to inclusivity paves the way for dialogue, learning, and connection among colleagues, creating a shared sense of purpose and belonging.

In addition, the Quest Global Culture Advocate Network actively celebrates a variety of cultures and identities throughout the year. These initiatives not only enrich the workplace experience but also contribute to a sense of community and solidarity. By acknowledging and honoring the diverse backgrounds of our employees, Quest Global fosters an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. I am genuinely thankful to work in a place that champions all people, creating a rich tapestry of voices that ultimately strengthens our collective capabilities.

I want to extend a message of encouragement and understanding to those who may be contemplating their own journey. Remember, if you’re not ready to come out yet, that’s perfectly okay. Your journey is deeply personal, and you should feel empowered to come out when you feel safe and comfortable. Everyone’s path toward authenticity is unique, and it is essential to honor that process. Never forget that your true self is valued and cherished.

Let us continue to build workplaces that celebrate inclusivity, where every person feels free to express their authentic selves, knowing that they will be embraced for who they are.

Small things made a big difference in my life. Cash prizes for good grades pushed me to do my best. Cricket kits sponsored by Quest Global made our time in school special. For a middle-class family like mine, these gestures were huge. My brother and I also got scholarships that helped pay for our education. This support gave us the chance to dream big during hard times.

A life-changing opportunity

My father worked as a security guard, and my mother was a nurse at a private hospital. They worked very hard to support us, but I was afraid I couldn’t afford college. That’s when Quest Global’s CSR initiatives helped me.

The scholarship didn’t just pay my fees; it gave me confidence. It let me focus on my studies without worrying about money. I followed my dream and studied mechanical engineering; a dream I thought might never be possible.

My name is Padma, and I was born on November 17, 2001, in Mysore, India. I have a wonderful family, including my parents, Srinivas and Nagarathna, two sisters, and a younger brother. Growing up as the second of four children, I learned early on the importance of family, support, and looking out for one another.

I was born differently abled with my right knee rotated. Despite the hospital’s assurances that an operation would resolve the issue, my knee movement remained limited. Walking was the most challenging aspect of my daily life. I had the privilege of being raised by my grandparents, who provided me with a nurturing environment filled with warmth and love. Their unwavering support encouraged and taught me the importance of believing in oneself. I learned to remain positive despite the challenges.

In 2007, I embarked on my academic journey in Mysore, where I attended from the first to fourth grade. After a few years, my family moved to Malavalli in the Mandya district, where I continued my studies in government school. As I advanced in my education, I also developed dreams and aspirations for my future. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in 2023 at Mysore University, where I honed my skills and knowledge.

With my degree in hand, I began my search for a job, but the process was not as straight forward as I had hoped. After six months of relentless searching and facing many rejections, I started losing hope. After few months, I joined a three-month training program at Samarthanam Trust in Bangalore. It included courses in basic computer skills, spoken English, and soft skills, all vital for my career aspirations. I completed my training on July 1, 2024.

Padma Daughter

My dream was to work for a corporate company, and after a long wait, I was thrilled to receive an opportunity for an interview at Quest Global. The interview process consisted multiple rounds and I approached it with a passion and readiness to learn. When I received the call that I had been selected to work at Quest Global, my heart swelled with joy. It was more than just an employment opportunity. It was an invitation to embark on a journey of my aspirations and professional development.

In Office

Starting on August 12, 2024, my journey with Quest Global began. Company’s supportive and inclusive framework allows me to pursue my aspirations without the fear of judgment or exclusion. I have an incredible team that value people and give me a sense of belonging.

At Dining Table

Today, as I continue my career at Quest Global, I carry with me the lessons of humility, the importance of caring for others, and aspiration to make a positive impact in the world. I am reminded of the invaluable lessons imparted by my mother and friends, who have always inspired me to strive for greatness while remaining grounded in humility. I am grateful for the support of mentors like Virbhadra sir, Munni mam, and Aparna mam, who believed in me and guided me along the way

With Friends

In a world, where people with special abilities often feel alone, Quest Global is a great example of inclusion. The company makes sure that everyone feels welcome and appreciated for what they bring to the team. I am proud to work in organization like Quest Global.

When you meet Jennifer Stoker, it’s hard to believe one person could balance so many different worlds—but she does, with a passion that draws you in. As an aerospace engineer, Jennifer built her career on precision and problem-solving, leading projects that demand her best. Yet outside of work, she’s creating show-stopping bakes that even landed her a spot on a Netflix baking show. She’s also a dedicated mother. Whether it’s baking, Zumba, or judging high school speech competitions, Jennifer’s life is a series of passions, each adding a new layer to her story.

But her journey isn’t just about impressive achievements—it’s about the mindset connecting them. We sat down with her to dive into how she finds joy (and manages time) across her varied pursuits, the surprising ways engineering and baking intersect, and what it was like to compete in the high-stakes world of reality TV.

Jennifer In Gym

How did you begin your journey into aerospace engineering?

Jennifer Stoker:
I knew early on I wanted to be an engineer—I’ve always loved science, math, and problem-solving. I actually considered becoming a crime scene investigator, but soon realized aerospace was my path. My high school career advisor suggested it, and I was intrigued. It took me seven years to finish college, as I balanced school with life—getting married, buying a house, and learning how to manage it all. I started at North Hennepin Community College and then transferred to the University of Minnesota for my aerospace engineering degree.

My first job out of college was with ExB Solutions (proudly a Quest Defense company) and I’ve been with them ever since—eight years now.

Eight years is a long time with any company. What’s kept you motivated to stay for so long?

Jennifer Stoker:
It’s the people and the work. The CEO and CFO, have fostered an inclusive, growth-focused environment. I work with different engineers on new projects, so I’m constantly learning and evolving.

Can you tell us about your journey into baking and how it became such a big part of your life?

Jennifer Stoker:
It all started with my grandma. My brother and I spent our days at her house watching cooking shows, like Martha Stewart, and trying out recipes with her. By high school, I was working at Dairy Queen, decorating cakes and managing. Later, my mom and I took cake-decorating classes together, and eventually, I started sharing my baking on Instagram, which led to opportunities to compete and even caught the attention of a TV show.

Jennifer Baking

Do you see any overlap between engineering and baking?

Jennifer Stoker:
It’s a bit like a Venn diagram—there’s structure and creativity in both, but they overlap in interesting ways. In engineering, there’s a lot of focus on precision and meeting standards, but baking allows more creativity. It’s a way for me to unwind after a day of methodical work. If I make a mistake, it’s not safety-critical—just a chance to learn and try again.

Interestingly, when I’m stuck on a work problem, taking a break to bake can clear my mind. I’ve had moments where I’m halfway through a recipe, and suddenly the solution to a work issue just clicks.

With so many interests, how do you find time for everything?

Jennifer Stoker:
I enjoy staying busy and being productive. Teaching Zumba or weightlifting, baking, and crafting are all things that keep me moving. For example, with Zumba, it’s a workout but also scheduled, so I don’t have to find extra time for exercise. I also love multi-tasking, like crocheting while spending time with my family. It’s about finding ways to fit creativity into daily life.

Competing on a baking show must have been intense! How was that experience, and did it teach you anything about yourself?

Jennifer Stoker:
It was an incredible experience, but definitely high-stakes! They told us, “You’re not bakers on TV; you’re actors who bake.” That changed my perspective! The competition itself was no joke—they don’t stop the clock. It taught me to stay calm and focused under pressure.

One of the biggest lessons was not to dwell on failures. In engineering, we’re bound to encounter challenges, but I try to see them as opportunities to improve. Just like in baking, where you can mess up and try again, in work, too, we learn from mistakes. It’s about doing the best you can, moving forward, and embracing both successes and setbacks.

Jennifer In Gym

Aerospace is known to be a demanding field. What advice do you have for others trying to balance a high-stakes job with personal interests?

Jennifer Stoker:
It’s important to find small ways to recharge throughout the day and set boundaries. I work from home, so it’s easy for work and personal life to blur. I make it a point to step away when my hours are done. Trying to push through when you’re exhausted doesn’t lead to good results, so having interests like baking or Zumba helps me recharge and stay balanced.

From an early age, I was always someone who felt a bit more nervous in new situations. However, my love for electronics and engineering was a constant source of motivation, guiding me through the sea of doubts and anxious moments. Reflecting on the past five years at Quest Global, I am eager to share how this incredible organization helped someone like me thrive in an environment I once thought was too daunting. As someone who was often overwhelmed by their nerves, the support system I found at Quest Global uplifted me through my journey to making a difference in our industry.

Venturing into the Electronics and Telecommunication engineering field was a passion-led decision rooted in my desire to make a difference, but joining the workforce tested my ability to handle my nervousness. My first role in the semiconductor industry as a physical design engineer after college was comfortable but failed to challenge me in ways I longed for. The job served as a safe haven for my anxiety, but its predictability also stunted my growth.

Leadership journey at Quest Global - office setting

My leap to Quest Global was pivotal in my personal and professional transformation. The idea of leaving a familiar environment for a company known for its challenging projects and dynamic culture provoked my anxieties further. However, I found that the chance to push my limits and step beyond my comfort zone was equally exhilarating. Quest Global offered more than just a job. It provided a platform for selfdiscovery, growth, and overcoming my nerves in a supportive and understanding setting.

Here, my tendency towards nervousness was not seen as a hindrance but as a characteristic that, when properly managed, could contribute positively. My manager played a crucial role in this journey, offering constant reassurance. “Don’t be nervous; I’m here to support you” were words that I held onto tightly, serving as a reminder that it was okay to feel nervous and that within this environment, my thoughts and contributions were valued and supported, regardless of how I delivered them.

Leadership journey at Quest Global - with team

Today, as I lead a team of ten remarkable, difference-making engineers, I see reflections of my former self in some of them—those who seem overwhelmed by their nerves when faced with speaking up or taking charge. Empowered by my own experiences here, I have gained the tools I need to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported and empowered to overcome their worries. I have discovered that effective leadership is not about being the most outspoken or seemingly confident person in the room; it’s about helping others navigate their fears and encouraging them to find their voice, a principle deeply embedded in Quest Global’s culture.

This nurturing environment has taught me that feeling nervous does not preclude one from leading or innovating; instead, it’s a part of my identity that I’ve learned to embrace and manage. My nature has enhanced my ability to listen attentively, think through my responses carefully, and approach my work with precision. Embracing this, I have cultivated a leadership style that is empathetic, thoughtful, and inclusive.

Beginnings

Can you share the story of your early years at Quest Global and what inspired you to join the company initially?
Ashok Kudva: It feels like just yesterday—I joined Quest Global on December 10th, 2005. That year marked a pivotal moment in my career.

To provide some background, my passion for mechanical engineering was inspired by my uncle, who worked at the Bokaro Steel Plant. Despite the Y2K boom, I pursued mechanical engineering at MIT Manipal, followed by a master’s degree at IIT Chennai. My early roles at TCS and GE solidified my technical foundation, but it was at Quest Global that I found the perfect blend of engineering and leadership opportunities.

I was drawn to Quest Global because it was growing rapidly and needed people who could help expand the engineering services business globally. The chance to hone my newly discovered leadership skills while staying true to my passion for engineering made it an unforgettable interview experience.

What were some of the most significant projects/achievements during your time at Quest Global?
Ashok Kudva: I started as a foundational member of the Aerospace and Defense client team and even spent a year in Bristol, learning and supporting the client. Quest Global provided an excellent platform for a young professional eager to learn.

As I progressed, I realized that at Quest Global, if you have the passion and deliver results, everything else falls into place. From initially focusing on Defense, we expanded into civilian aerospace, and soon I was part of a 1,000+ strong engineering team. My journey also included participating in a leadership program that groomed the next generation of leaders and setting up a new delivery center in Singapore—an exciting opportunity for my career.

Exploration and growth

What motivated you to step away from Quest Global?
Ashok Kudva: After 13 years of tackling complex challenges in the aerospace sector at Quest Global, I sought something more—an experience where I could further discover my purpose. I felt I had achieved what I set out to at Quest Global and began exploring other opportunities.

Can you describe some key learnings you gained during your 4.5 years away?
Ashok Kudva: Having spent most of my career at Quest Global, this switch provided a valuable perspective on how larger companies operate. During this time, I matured, gained diverse insights into leadership, and reflected on the broader impact of my work.

Homecoming

What drew you back to Quest Global?
Ashok Kudva: After spending so much time at one company, it becomes like home. Even when I left in 2019, I felt I would return someday, smarter and better. In 2023, when I was offered the leadership role within the energy vertical, I knew it was time to come back home. It was a new challenge, and I was eager to prove myself once again.

Why did you choose the energy industry?
Ashok Kudva: The energy sector is poised to be crucial for at least the next half-century. We’re advancing into sophisticated technologies aimed at conserving and transmitting power more efficiently. The smart grid is a major focus, with only a few companies exploring this space. At Quest Global, we’re partnering with these pioneering companies, offering immense opportunities for young engineers.

How has the company changed since you first started?
Ashok Kudva: When I joined in 2005, we were about 500+ engineers; today, we’ve grown to over 20,000 and continue to expand rapidly.

Quest Global has evolved significantly but remains rooted in its core values. The humility and hunger that defined the company when I first joined are still evident today. Listening and problem-solving are equally valued, creating a supportive environment as we grow. We’ve strategically expanded into new verticals and geographies, and our internal systems and recruitment processes have become more robust, reflecting our adaptability to global trends.

Personally, I’ve evolved from Ashok 1.0 to Ashok 2.0, understanding the broader impact of decisions and adapting accordingly.

Making a difference

What does making a difference mean to you?
Ashok Kudva: At Quest Global, making a difference is more than just a goal—it’s a daily practice. From day one, I was given opportunities to drive change and innovate. Building teams, setting up new centers, and engaging deeply with Fortune 500 clients have all been part of my journey. The support and encouragement from my managers have been pivotal in shaping my career. They recognized my passion and empowered me to pursue my vision.

My return to Quest was driven by the same passion to make a difference. I’ve always felt that my work here had a significant impact, not just on the company, but also on our clients and the broader community. Whether it’s setting up a new center in Singapore or supporting critical projects for major aerospace companies, every step of my journey at Quest Global has been about making meaningful contributions.

What advice would you give to young engineers who are starting their careers and aspire to make a difference?
Ashok Kudva: Continuous learning is essential. Reading, coaching, and mentoring are invaluable tools that unfortunately are often lacking in our education and corporate systems. It’s important to alleviate the fear of failure and provide a safety net for your team to learn from their mistakes, as it’s crucial for growth and innovation.

My journey with Quest Global has been one of passion, growth, and return. The company’s commitment to innovation, best practices, and leadership development has made it my home. The connections made and the experiences gained have shaped my career, and I look forward to continuing this exciting journey with Quest Global.
